Sub-processors
Every provider that handles personal data for us, and — just as important — the ones that don't.
A sub-processor is a company we engage that processes personal data on our behalf in order to provide Way2Chat. Each is bound by a written agreement that requires it to protect that data.

Services that receive no personal data
We also call these services, but only with information that does not identify anyone, so they are not sub-processors.

Services your browser contacts
None. Pages, typefaces and the chat widget are all served from our own domain; this website loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.
Integrations you choose to connect
If you connect Slack, Zapier or your own webhook, the conversation events you select are sent to that destination at your direction. Those providers act for you, not for us, and are not our sub-processors.
Changes to this list
Before we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page and tell customers by email, so that you can object on reasonable data protection grounds as our Data Processing Terms describe.
