Cookie Policy

Every item this website stores on your device β€” no more, no less.

What this covers

This policy covers cookies and similar storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) used by this website and its dashboard. It describes our own site only.

Your choice

When you first visit, we ask before using anything other than strictly necessary storage. Reject all is exactly as easy as Accept all. You can change your mind at any time:

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as β€œReject all” automatically. We ask again if the kinds of storage we use change, and after six months.

Turning functional storage off removes the support chat's stored data from your browser. You can still start a chat by clicking Chat with us; doing so is asking for the chat, so it will then store what it needs to keep that conversation working.

We do not use

Strictly necessary

Needed for the site to work. They cannot be switched off, and the law does not require consent for them.

Inside the dashboard (signed-in users only)

These are set only after you sign in, to deliver settings you chose and to avoid showing the same notification twice.

Functional β€” live support chat

Used only with your consent, or after you click Chat with us. <key> is our website's chat identifier.

Fonts

Our typefaces are served from our own servers. Loading a page does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service.

Controlling storage in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will stop you from signing in.

Cookie settings

Choose what this site may store on your device. You can change this at any time from β€œCookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Strictly necessary

Always on

Keeps you signed in and remembers this choice. The site cannot work without it, so it can't be switched off.

Functional β€” live support chat

Lets our support chat load automatically and remember your conversation across pages. If you leave this off, you can still open the chat whenever you want β€” it only loads when you ask for it. Turning it off later clears the chat's stored data.
